If you have received a damaged package or product (below is an extract from our terms & conditions)
Scand. Design Online AB complies with the Swedish Konsumentköplagen, and the European Union E-commerce directive which means that you can, in a period of 14 days, return a product if you are not completely satisfied. In addition to this, we offer another 7 days, in total 21 days to return a product. When returning a product it must be in unchanged condition. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable shipping service when returning a product.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions before returning the products. The price of the products, shipping costs deducted, will be refunded within 20 days from the day that the product is delivered to Scand. Design Online AB. If you use your right to return a product, the shipping costs, custom and handlings fees will be paid by you. If a product is specially made, or in any way changed after your instructions, you will only be able to change your order within 14 days from the day we confirm your order by e-mail.
