Our objective is to give a professional and high quality service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your products you can return them within 21 days of receiving them and we will refund you the full purchase price, shipping costs deducted. Prices for residents outside the European Union
If you are accessing our website from outside the European Union, or your computer or server is located in a country outside the European union, the prices at our website is VAT/Sales taxes excluded. You pay applicable import taxes and customs fee according to your country’s policy when your order is delivered.

Payment
Scand. DesignOnLine AB uses several payment options. We accept PayPal and major charge and credit cards, such as MasterCard, VISA, American Express and EuroCard. We also offer money transfer to our bank account and a direct VAT deduction in case you are a corporate customer within EU and have a valid VAT number.

Refusal of transaction
To be eligible to purchase products from us on this website and form a contract you must:
  • Be at least eighteen years of age
  • Register using your real name, phone number, E-mail address and payment details
  • Provide a shipping address that is not a PO box
  • Use a valid credit/debit card that is acceptable to our bank partner


  • We cannot accept your order if any of the following occurs:
  • We cannot charge your credit card for some reason.
  • If we are unable to deliver for reasons out of our control or that we do not have the product(s) in stock.


  • Ways of delivery
  • Shipping time within Sweden – Normally 2-4 working days usually with Schenker PrivPak.
  • Shipping time within EU – Normally 2-4 working days with UPS.
  • Shipping time outside EU – Normally 2-5 working days with UPS.


  • Scand. DesignOnLine AB uses different suppliers when delivering products depending on destination and kind of product. When ordering a product from Scand. DesignOnLine AB, you will be informed which the current way of deliverance will be. Though the expected time of delivery various between different products you will find expected time of delivery next to the information about the selected product. If you have ordered several products and the time of delivery various between the different products, we will under certain cirmcumstances split the order and send your products as soon as possible. Any costs of delivery out of ordinary costs will, in that case, be paid by Scand. DesignOnLine AB. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation by E-mail.

    Transport liability
    Scand. DesignOnLine AB is responsible if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation to the customer. If the shipment is damaged or lost when returning it on your request, you are responsible for loss or damage. We suggest that returning products are being shipped in the original container/box or similar if possible. We also recommend that the shipment is insured. If you, when receiving a shipment, notice that it is visibly damaged, we urge you to inspect your shipment before signing receipt and immediately report to the transportation company.     Complaints
    Please contact our customer service at customerservice@designonline.se if you have any problems such as damages or, in any way, incorrect orders. If returning any product, after agreed with our customer service representative, use the original package, include a description of the damage and return to:

    Returning a product
    You can always cancel your order before receiving a product. Your cancellation must be written in form of an E-mail covering all order details. Some restrictions may apply, see below. Scand. Design OnLine AB comply with the Swedish Konsumentköplagen, and the European Union E-commerce directive which means that you can, in a period of 14 days, return a product if you are not completely satisfied. In addition to this, we offer another 7 days, in total 21 days to return a product. If returning a product it must be in unchanged condition. Contact customerservice@designonline.se for further instructions before returning the products. The purchasing sum, shipping costs deducted, will be refunded within 30 days from the day the product reaches Scand. DesignOnLine AB. If you use your right to return a product, the shipping costs will be paid by you. If a product is specially made, or in any way changed after your instructions, you will only be able to change your order within 14 days from the day we confirm your order by e-mail.

    Laws
    The conditions in this contract shall be governed by and construed with the laws of Sweden and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
