The Umbra series is designed by Signe Melin, the well known Swedish professor of Design. Umbra is a timeless dinnerware series in black or white stoneware. The stoneware series is fired in very high temperatures, which makes it very durable. The red color of the Red Ruby stoneware can vary somewhat.
