Nobel dinner service - under platter

The Nobel dinner service was first used for the Nobel prize 90th anniversary dinner in 1991. Inaugurated by Her Majesty the King and the Queen of Sweden and 1,300 invited guests at the Nobel dinner in Blå Hallen, Stockholm, the dinner service is an excellent example of high quality Swedish design in which a combination of exquisite designs using bone china results in a beautiful dinner table. The colours on the plates symbolise the four seasons, the continents and the first Nobel prize.
