Place the Roll-Sharp on a flat surface and then pull the blade back and forth 3-4 times. The knives will be sharpened in exactly the right angle. However, it is important that you pull the knife both forward and backwards along the entire blade, so that both sides are sharpened likewise.
After you should rinse the blades in hot water and then dry them.
