With the vision and an old dream of a different way of living nearby the sea, Staffan Strindberg and Thorbjörn Svensson started to work together a few years ago with a floating villa project. The villa, named Villa Näckros, is now a reality and can be seen in Kalmar, Sweden. The Villa Näckros offers the special conditions and qualities living nearby the see. It is designed to give an interesting and exciting way of living, close to, and even “on”, water!
