Since the start in 1986 the Swedish company Blå Station, has been working to put into production furniture which the designer, Börge Lindau liked and which, to his mind, deserved a place in the market. After many years as partner in the highly successful Lindau & Lindekrantz design-team, the designer Börge Lindau, as a furniture producer, wanted to create a company run entirely along his own lines and in that way get the freedom to choose for himself.
