Environmentally friendly design in organic materials
Brita Sweden is a Swedish family company run by creative women; the two sisters Pia Gabrielsson and Monica Harrie and their mother Margaretha.
The company, which is named after grandmother Brita, design and produce organic fabrics, oil cloths, cushions, bed linen, bags, plastic carpets, trays etcetera.

Margaretha is educated at the well known Swedish art, handicraft and design school Nyckelviksskolan in Stockholm, and has, during several years, designed fabrics mostly for public areas. Pia has been studying graphical design and has free lanced as graphic designer.
Monica is educated at Konstfack, University College of Arts Crafts and Design in Stockholm and has been working as illustrator and designer.
