Marimekko

Marimekko is a Finnish textile company that creates designs and sells beautiful original fabrics, oilcloths, shower curtains, bags, clothing and porcelain series. Marimekko started in 1951 and has since then been a leader in textiles with unique and beautiful decorations like the designs Iso Satakieli and Unikko. Besides its beautiful fabrics Marimekko also designs and creates beautiful shower curtains, bed linens, clothes and porcelain series with high quality.

The companies unique products has created a strong identity that is present in over 40 countries, which each year launches new beautiful designs in collaboration with young designers and more famous Finnish textile designers including Kristina Isola and Fujiwo Ishimoto. Their strong and beautiful designs such as Hetkiä and Kaiku is now world famous and are on display at many places in the world.
