defyra - young Swedish design with personal patterns

defyra (the four) is a designer group of four, young Swedish designers; Lena Thak Karlsson, Sanna Haverinen, Anna Hjert and Anna Lång. Their collection contains different kinds of design and interior decoration like porcelain, textile, wallpapers and kitchen towels.

The designer group has made the wallpaper Kinobori that has attracted a lot of attention in media. Other creations from the four designers is the beautiful porcelain with cup and plate formed as an apple and leaf and sushi plates with different patterns.

Patterns often underlie the designer group's ideas and screen print is used both as sketch method and in the production of the final patterns. Most of defyras products are made in their own workshop in Stockholm.
